It’s here!! The sixth book in the Spirit of America series is now available.  Join author MaryTherese Grabowski, illustrator Michelle Graham Fricks, and special guests for a reading of Grabowski’s newest book, “Congress Has a Library.”  “Congress Has a Library” takes readers beyond the notion that a library is boring. America and her dog Liberty are in search of something larger than life because of a homework assignment. Hold on to your hats!! Liberty talks in America’s dream, and four new furry friends who belonged to our past U.S. Presidents assist in the tour of the world’s largest library in Washington D.C.. The famous First Dogs, George Washington’s Mopsey, Garfield’s Veto, Clinton’s Buddy and Nixon’s Vicky are a hilarious addition in the quest to find “The Special Place” in our Library of Congress. This patriotic adventure is educational and entertaining plus it just might spark a little patriotic pride in one of the gems of the United States. Prepare for a future road trip to our nation’s capital- it’s free to tour our Library of Congress.
