Cherry Blossom Festival Announces Kenna Scragg as Festival Chair, Invites Applications to Participate in Award-Winning Event
Macon, Georgia – The Festival is excited to announce that Kenna Scragg will serve as the 2025 Festival Chair. The Festival will be held March 21-30, 2025 and execution of the internationally award-winning event is underway. Kenna Scragg is the president at ICB Construction Group in Macon, GA. A native of New Smyrna Beach, FL, Kenna earned his Bachelor of Science in Construction from the University of Florida and holds a Certification in Management in Lean Construction. He is also a licensed general contractor in Georgia, Florida, and South Carolina. Throughout his career, Kenna has focused on the Construction Management and Design Build markets, specializing in K-12, Higher Education, and Government Institutions. As president at ICB, Kenna provides leadership and guidance in areas like project management, field supervision, estimating, and preconstruction. He is a hands-on leader, often managing special projects and working through the details as the projects progress.
Kenna is the proud father of Jackson, Rachel, Gavin, Katie, and Kensley. He is also an involved member of his community, serving on the Cherry Blossom Board of Directors and the W.S. Hutchings College and Career Academy Governance Board of Directors. This year, Kenna will serve as the Festival Chair of the Cherry Blossom Board of Directors, leading the board in organizing and overseeing one of Macon’s most beloved community events, the Cherry Blossom Festival. Kenna has been an active member of the Cherry Blossom Board for years, and under his leadership at ICB Construction Group, the company has proudly sponsored the Festival for many years, further demonstrating his and ICB’s commitment to the community.

Community sanctioned event applications are also open, which are events that are planned and funded by another group or organization that desires to connect their event with the festival, like the Pink Pancake Breakfast.
