Macon, GA – February 22, 2025 – The Douglass Theatre was filled with excitement and youthful charm as the 2025 Little Mr. and Miss Cherry Blossom Pageant crowned its newest ambassadors! Children ages 5 to 7 took center stage, showcasing their confidence, poise, and personalities as they competed for a place in the Cherry Blossom Royal Court.

Our 2025 Little Mr. is Albert Crumbley III of Alexander II Magnet School. Our 2025 Little Miss is Violette Funk of Austin Road Elementary.

These young winners will serve as ambassadors of the International Cherry Blossom Festival, March 21-30, 2025, spreading joy and representing the festival’s spirit of beauty, kindness, and community.

The event was made possible by the generous support of Royalty Program sponsors, Planters First Bank and Wesleyan College – First For Women, Patron sponsor, Kroger, along with Media Sponsors, 41NBC / WMGT and Cumulus Media.

A distinguished panel of judges helped select the winners, including Alicia Ford, 2021 Cherry Blossom Queen; Dr. Ken Blair, Director of Strategic Initiatives at Wesleyan College; and Summer Sweat, Branch Manager at Planters First Bank.
